This sweet, jar, unpasteurized honey is harvested by one passionate family of beekeepers living on the southern shore of Lake Simcoe. The constant breeze from the lake and abundant wildflowers give our honey delicious floral notes unique to this beautiful area of Ontario. 

You’ll notice the clarity right away…and taste the delicate overtones of goldenrod, red trillium, blue cohosh, and even maple. Our honey is 100% pure and unpasteurized, which means it is also packed with a host of minerals, vitamins, enzymes, and powerful antioxidants.
